PROTECT THE SKY is a 4-song 7 inch vinyl EP recorded live at the Ukrainian Cultural Centre, Nottingham, England as part of the band's ongoing ‘From Kyiv To The Kosmos’ book promotion tour.
It features Peter Solowka (ex-Wedding Present) and 'The Legendary' Len Liggins playing raw, stripped-down, live acoustic versions of:
- Batyar - aka Bigmouth Strikes Again by The Smiths
- a traditional Ukrainian folk song Oy Chyy To Kin’ Stoyit’? which translates as Whose Horse Is That Standing There?
- and two of the band's live favourites Zvidky Vy? / Where
Are You From? and Sobache Zhyttya / It's A Dog's Life.
